Stacey Turner has expressed a desire to audition. What role do you think she has her eyes on, Crystal Moon fans? | Print |

Stacey Turner, a native of Oklahoma, is an American actress who excels at both dramatic and comedic roles. Her favorite roles are ones in which she is challenged to stretch her mind and act honestly, drawing the audience into the scene. Growing up as a ballet dancer, she has always loved performing and studied intensive dance workshops at the University of Central Oklahoma during her summer breaks. Stacey developed a love for acting in high school where she was able to sing and dance on stage in theater productions such as Guys and Dolls and Mame.

After moving to Utah for college, Stacey quickly found an agent and developed her skills in acting with some of Utah's most renowned acting coaches. Within a month, she landed her first leading role in the dramatic short, Rain directed by Dave Skousen. The film was accepted into the LDS film festival and the Dharma film festival in Culver City, CA, winning audience choice award at the LDS film festival and honorable mention award in California. Stacey continues to act in local projects and completed a supporting role in the feature film, Stand Strong, coming out next year. She is fluent in French and loves to sing. At one point, she held the record for being able to hit the highest note at her vocal teacher's studio. She is grateful for any opportunity to meet new actors and filmmakers throughout Utah!

That sunset photo makes her look like Jervaise. I think that she has the look of a goddess, and that she will do well.

I agree. I have worked with her and she is an accomplished actress and very professional. She is also luminous and could play a goddess or any one of the other gorgeous women (at least I don't have to worry about her going after the part of 60 year old Helga :D) But I would love to play sage to her sorceress in training, Shalee. That would be great!
